Our Team
Waldport Management, INC was founded by cousins Ken and Edward, inspired by childhood recipes and memories. Chef Ken, who discovered his love for cooking at 13, has over 25 years of experience as a sous and scratch chef. In 2020, they launched Wilby's Comfort Food Truck, which quickly gained popularity. With dedication and passion, they opened their first restaurant in Papillion, NE, in 2023. Waldport Management now brings their comfort food favorites to the community through a fleet of food trucks.
